Limited Lifetime Warranty

At Smoken Silent Suppressors, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every suppressor we manufacture. Our products are backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper maintenance.

If your suppressor is determined by Smoken Silent Suppressors to have a manufacturing or material defect, we will, at our sole discretion, repair or replace the product at no charge.

  • Limitation of Liability

    Smoken Silent Suppressors, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, suppliers, distributors, licensors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, loss of use, lost profits, or loss of revenue arising from the use, misuse, or inability to use any Smoken Silent Suppressors product.

    The purchaser assumes all responsibility for the safe, lawful, and proper use of the suppressor after purchase. Smoken Silent Suppressors assumes no liability for injuries or damages resulting from illegal use, improper handling, negligent operation, improper maintenance, unauthorized modifications, or the use of defective or unsafe firearms or ammunition.

  • Service Policy

    Smoken Silent Suppressors reserves the right to inspect any product submitted for warranty evaluation to determine whether the issue is covered under this Limited Lifetime Warranty.

    We reserve the right to refuse service for products that have been altered, abused, or damaged beyond the scope of this warranty.

    Product specifications, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. Smoken Silent Suppressors reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or improve any product or service at any time without obligation to previously manufactured products.

  • Firearm Safety Notice

    The following suppressor models are NOT RATED FOR FULLY AUTOMATIC FIRE:

    Use of these suppressors on fully automatic firearms may result in product damage and will void this warranty.or improve any product or service at any time without obligation to previously manufactured products.
